I bought this bbq because it's a Weber, this particular Weber model is made in the USA and I liked all the stainless steel features. It grills very nice with no hot spots and the design is great. The only ding I have for it is that step one of the instructions was printed wrong. Two pieces were reversed in the instructions that didn't make sense. I called Weber and they confirmed the misprint and told me to just reverse what it showed. Other than that, assembly was a snap, a very nice grill still made in the USA. I also bought the cover which is very nice and the handle light.

The old saying goes "you get what you pay for". Weber makes a quality product. Cost a few bucks more, but well worth it. Don't know why I waited so long to get my EP320. Took a couple hours to build, and had no problems. I grill constantly since I live in South Florida. This grill cooks better that any other I've used in the past. Don't waist your time on the other brands. You'll be very happy with this choice.

[...] Assembling this beast was tricky mainly because of the vague assembly instructions. Weber can design a great grill , but completely lose it on the assembly manual. They have recently updated the installation by pre assembling the igniter and switched a few steps. I did have a problem with my trim/support panel. The machine shop did not thread 2 holes on my left panel and I couldn't screw the two pieces together. I called Weber and they are sending a new piece. They (Weber) wouldn't even next day air the part, so now I will have to wait over a week for my side burner to be assembled. I am a little concerned about the burner dials. They seem to be made a cheap plastic that look like they will fade and deteriorate quickly. It would be nice to have plastic chrome or painted dials. That seems to be the only part they skimped on this grill. It heats quick and cooks evenly. Very satisfied with the performance!

This grill has all the features we were looking for...stainless steel grates, side burner, plus it's the Weber brand, which always means quality. It was fun trying to decide which of the many colors to choose from. There's nothing bad to say!

Excellent grill - my first Weber aand well worth the additional $. Very even heating and quicker and hotter than any other grill I've owned. Reasonably easy to assemble, took about 3 hours. I'm very satisfied.
Very pleased with the Rainbow Appliance buying experience. Very competitive price and grill was shipped free of charge to Florida within one week.

Don't know why I waited so long to buy a Weber! It is obvious this grill is built to do everything well and last forever... Heats fast! Bought the griddle for breakfast and it's built like the rest of the grill, like a tank. Not a lightwait, a top quality product that should last a long time. Worth every cent...
Ordered Sunday and arrived Thursday by truck to Florida. Doesn't get any faster than that!!!

The Weber grill is a high quality product. The materials and build quailty are 1st rate. The only negative comment I have is that the assembly instructions need to be given the same attention to quality as the product. The illustration for the 1st assembly instruction did not conform to how the parts actually needed to be put together. This obviously caused a lot of angnst about the remaining assesmbly being done correctly. However , after working through the assembly instruction issues, this product works great! Highly recommend it.

I am very pleased with this grill's performance. Very balanced heat, and well engineered, all the way down to the bronze pivot point for the bottom of the door. The only negative thing I can say is that one must either buy a rather expensive smoker accessory (Weber 7541) or make something that will rest on the flavorizer bars to get wood chips to smoke. Discovering this after I got the grill was a big dissappointment to me because I really like smoke flavor in most of my indirectly cooked meats.

The Weber Genesis EP-320 is a fantastic product and at Rainbow's prices, it can't be beat. Everything is solidly built to last. Even the side shelves (to my delightful surprise) are made out of cast aluminum instead of plastic. The grill cranks out even heat and the side burner is large and powerful (almost too powerful-I use it on low to cook bacon).[...]

right out of the box the whole experience was great,there were no"well its close" fits in the assembly, everything was perfect,right down to the ingenious propane tank guage,simple spring to weigh the remaining fuel,all in all a great product

The best product I've ever put together all the screws, bolts etc fit perfectly. There should be some verbiage to the directions to speed asembly, but basically if you took your time, everything made sense. Not a lot of parts - screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc - which speaks how this thing was engineered.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this grill.
Don't waste your money buying those cheap grills at
the box stores. The natural gas means no more propane bottles to replace or running out in the middle of a cookout. I've already used it several times and very impressed with how quick it warms up
and the even heating. I left ribs on the grill on low heat for 3 hrs they came out perfect. Had a cordless driver to assemble, took about an hour and a half.

very nice grill - pay more than others, but you can see the difference, and the weight of the metal shows why it should last much longer than other grills that are much cheaper.
Delivery was perfect - arrived as scheduled, and cust service was very helpful. excellent price.

Did loads of research and settled on the Weber Genesis EP320 based upon the comments of others. You can't go wrong with this grill. Used it one time and was extremely satisfied with the results. Assembly took 2.5 hours, but not all that complicated if you take it one step at a time.
Prompt, on-time delivery. Arrived in good condition. No damage whatsoever.

Grill 3 to 4 times a week - waited 20 years to get a Weber and it was worth the wait!

I have had the grill for a month and love it. I am now able to sear steaks the way I want them. No hot spots. I have even made toast on the grill.
The delivery was more than prompt. It arrived before promised. The product was bulky so it was great that it was brought right to my patio. No lugging the crate around. Very professional delivery.

This is my second Weber gas grill and while many manufacturers have cheapened their product line over the years, Weber has improved their gas grill greatly. I am very pleased that I went with another Weber grill. This new grill is easier to use, is sturdier, and is more attractive.

I live in an RV in south central Tx., and the stove really heats up the small enclosed space that I live in. So in order to cut down on the heat I purchased this product and use it twice or more daily. I've only had this grill for a few weeks and my last grill a Charm glow lasted less than 2 years and completely wore out. So I decided on spending the extra money and purchase a quality grill and this came with a ten year burnner guarantee. Since I will be using it more than the average person, we'll see how durable it really is.

I finally picked up this model over others and won't regret the decision after frequent uses in the past several weeks. The stainless steel grates are very easy to clean and supposed to last longer. The side-burner is a good feature as well for occasional use like boiling food for pre-processing. I picked steel grey color, which complements the yard very well. I didn't go the S series since I don't want the grill appears to be directly from a restaurant. There's no problem in ignition. And it reaches the desired temperature very fast. Also picked up a weber brand cover to shield it from direct sunshine. I am fine with the water coming in through the vent opening since it's stainless steel.

Perfect grill but needs a good cover. Have read reviews that the Weber cover for the Genesis E & S series isn't great because of the oversize vents letting in too much rain. Just ordered a different one [...].

I was undecided on purchasing a less expensive grill that would last only a few years or splurging and getting the weber that should last a lot longer and that there are replacement parts for. After talking with different owners of weber grills I decided on the weber. I also did some research and most owners of webers are very happy with them and would recommend it to a friend. I am glad I did. The construction is so much better than the competition. Even heat and clean up is a breeze. I am totaly satisfied and would highly recommend a weber.
Delivery was quick. Even though it was out of stock it arrived sooner than expected. I received it in Fl from NJ in less than 2 days.
I was concerned when it arrived in one box and that I had to assemble it. Instrctions were very clear and assembly was very easy. It arrived on a pallet and was put in my garage. It arrived in excellent condition.

This grill is exactly what we expected of Weber. We did substantial research on the grill, and we are very pleased with it.
Although the delivery was a day late, I spoke with the delivery company and they assured me it would get in on the next day, and it did. As for Rainbow's customer service, I had one mediocre experience and one good experience. I'm not sure if the representative had a bad day or not, but their customer service was ok with me.

I have only used the grill a couple of times. However so far it is a vast improvement over my old [@]grill. It gets hotter and cooks much faster. I would recomend this grill. Nothing is perfect. The assembly has very few words. The ignitor assembly is cheap. Although it works fine so far. Some metal parts could be stronger. I do like the Stainless cooking grill.

This is my 2nd Weber grill. My first one, at least 10 years old, is still going strong. The Weber quality is far better than most other grills on the market.
