The best grill for even heat that we've owned. This grill replaces the grill hurricane Ike ruined. We are very happy to be grilling once again. I hope this grill continues it's five star performance for a long time.

Excellent grill. [...] Two hours from opening the box to lighting the fire. Weber assembly instructions are very poor. Pictures only. Spent too much time trying to figure out pictures instead turning wrenches. A few actions clearly impossible, like "insert bolt with washer" - except both pieces of metal were just large holes with no threads - nut required and not supplied. No big deal, but not up to expected Weber standards. However, love the grill; works wonderfully. Buy One!

Great even heat! This grill heats up fast, the first time we used it we had it up 650 in no time and it did great job of searing and was easy to control the temp back down for indirect cooking.

I grill about twice a week if not more. We have been using my landlord's older Weber grill but decided to treat ourselves to a stainless model. It starts easily, cooks great and looks great to boot! Fantastic grill and great service from Rainbow!!

The design and quality of the grill is top notch.
Buying over the internet can be a challenge, but Rainbow customer service from purchase through delivery was exceptional. Delivery was prompt and product ordered was in excellent condition from shipping standpoint. When shopping for an appliance, Rainbow is bookmarked as my choice shopping site. The grill is everything you'd expect a Weber to be. Give yourself a couple of hours to complete assembly, but the process just confirms how solid and professional the components are!

Great BBQ. After years of purchasing inexpensive BBQ's and replacing the guts every year or two I elected to spend more money on a better product. Heats fast and evenly. I hated the graphics-only assembly instructions. There are a few steps where you are guessing, but otherwise not difficult to put together. Looks great and solid construction. Love the electronic lighter and the scale that tells me how much propane is in the tank.
I took delivery from New Jersey to California and it arrived on time and in great condition. I'd do it again. The box is HUGE and well packed.

Great for searing, love the cooking grates of this over the porcelan, without wording it was not easy to follow in the initial set up of the base which is key to everything to follow.

So far so good. [...] it was $180 cheaper than the same grill locally.
Delivery isn't terribly fast. The item was about 30 minutes away, but I was going to have to wait another 4-5 before it was actually delivered. I just went and picked it up from the shipper.

The purchase and [...] were very good. Assembly was not as simple as it could have been, a few better pictures and some verbage would have been nice. It's a pretty and solid product that should out-last all my previous one's. Although three time more expensive than prior BBQ's, it's at least three times better.While we were on vacation my inlaws stayed at our home. I asked if he used the BBQ, he said he did not but he looked at it and was thinking of buying one. I told him how much is was, I think he's goint to think a little harder.I'm very happy with it.

Be careful buying the grill cover. Do not buy the one which has screened areas above both shelves. There is a new cover out by Weber which corrects this cover leakage problem.

I have been buying a Char-Broil grill every 3 or 4 years for as long as I have been married. I finally decided to take the plunge and go with a Weber and I will never go back. The parts to this grill and heavy, well-built, and look to last a long, long time.
I have already done smoking and several indirect sessions on it and it worked beautifully (smoke using the front burner, not the back, the back vent releases too much of your smoke for it to be effective).
The only con I have is that the flavorizor bars are too long for my dishwasher (one of the reasons I opted for the stainless version).
I fully expect this grill to be on my patio for at least the next 10-15 years.

We researched BBQs and went out and looked at them before we made a decision. So we knew what we wanted - natural gas not propane, stainless steel not colored, and a grill that got good reviews. The Weber Genesis S310 Natural Gas Grill met all our criteria.
The first week we grilled fish, steak, asparagus, corn, peppers, peaches, polenta cake, chicken pieces, chicken on a beer can (been waiting to do that!) and pork chops. Everything tasted great and the weber worked great.
Nothing bad about this grill!
THE REALLY GOOD-
We were told to open the box and inspect the grill on all four sides before we signed off with the shipper. This was a great suggestion because it came in a VERY big truck and I guess it could have been damaged.
The grill was less expensive through Rainbow, even with shipping.
It was really in stock - we've had companies tell us an item was in stock and after they had completed the sale we got an email saying it is out of stock and they would let us know when the item came in. UGH!
The grill came quickly in the time frame promised and this was important because we were in BBQ withdrawal and needed it BAD!
NOT SO GOOD-
The grill was described as 80% assembled, it was a bit more complicated than that!
I had to call Rainbow to ask WHO they were using as the shipping agent because I had trouble getting the shipping information on line.
I had to call the shipping agent to find out WHEN it was to be delivered because the web site only indicated a date and not a time.
But none of this was a problem for us because we had the time and were on top of it.
LASTLY-
I think that dealing with Rainbow was a good experience, I would use them again and recommend them to friends.
