Cooking steaks on this grill couldn't be easier or quicker. It heats up fast and cooks very evenly. Wow what a difference from my cheap grill that broke in 2 years.

Product is worth every penny. It's built like a tank and will last for years to come. Worth the upgrade from Spirit line. It's 20% bigger, better constructed, & no cheap plastic.

Setup took about 1.5hrs but was straight forward and easy.
Delivery to Seattle was amazingly fast. I was worried about damage, but when delivered everything was in one piece and in perfect condition. Fantastic price and quick shipping -- can't ask for much more. I would have no issues ordering from Rainbow again.

I finally got my Weber after waiting for a back order. I had to initiate the contact to know there was a back order, but after waiting a couple of weeks this grill did ship from the East Coast. It was fun to watch the progress all the way to the Pacific North West, but after another week it arrived. The assembly was slow, as the instructions were visual not written. But hey....a kid can do it so why not me. Now that I have put one Weber together I'm sure that the next one would only take me 30-40 minutes.
After grilling a couple of meals I am thrilled by the amount of heat. This thing gets hot and stays hot...a sure fire way to grill a great steak!
I would buy this again and yes, I would buy from Rainbow again as well.

Great Grill made in the USA! Quality parts, packaging, & craftsmanship! Very well designed, a great piece of cookware that will last for years and years. Well worth the extra initial cost for a quality grill... I have put together 4 grills over that past decade & this is by far the best made grill I have seen, I do not expect to put another grill together for years...

Fantastic product and exactly what I expected when I decided to pay a little more money for Weber's quality. After researching many grills online including everything offered at [...] I decided to spend the extra money as with most things you get what you pay for. I have grilled about 20 times already and have only had the grill about 1-2 months. Food comes out great and so flavorful.
Rainbow Appliance was fantastic to deal with and provided solutions for everything I came up with. Living only minutes from their distribution warehouse I didn't exactly want to pay for shipping or wait the extra time as I wanted to get grilling right away. I called the phone center and was advised not only could I place the order online thus being able to save an extra $25 with an online coupon but that I would also be able to call back and change delivery to pickup and save the $39 delivery and have the product in as soon as 2 days. They were fantastic all around and I would definitely use them again. If you are in the Northern Jersey area do yourself a favor and check these guys out. As opposed to another local place [...] in Nutley who provide terrible service and aren't interested in all about customer service but more about their profit and bottom line.

The Grill is just great and easy to use. Heats quickly, and did a great job on cooking a full steak meal. It's well made and sturdy.
Assembly instructions are a bit tricky as the pictures in the first 3 assembly steps aren't all that clear about "which way is out" when mounting the crossmembers. Once I got through the first steps, the rest was easy.
Product is incredibly well packed from the factory...never seen so much protective cardboard packing. Product arrived in perfect condition. Only "complaint" is it was delivered a day early and left beside my driveway, but nobody was going to mess with 150lbs on a wooden palette.

I sent this as a gift because I love my Weber!
I cannot comment on the product itself since it was a gift I had sent out-of-state to my daughter and son-in-law. However, the customer service was very good. I wanted the grill to be delivered by a particular date, and the customer service rep was very helpful. Although it wasn't in stock, the grill was still delivered on a timely basis, and there were no problems. My daughter said they are delighted with the grill.

Box had all the parts. Took 2-3 hours to assemble which is to be expected with a[$] Directions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing that disappointed me was that the cabinet doors beneath the BBQ don't line up exactly (cosmetic issue, not functional).Works great, fires right up and cooks evenly.
Delivery arrived as scheduled and in good condition. Needed to communicate multiple times with Rainbow's shipping provider, R&L Carriers who were very responsive and helpful in getting my delivery shipped to my apartment complex. Thumbs up to R&L Carriers.

The grill was easy to assemble with very easy to follow directions. The grill is the perfect compact size for a small-ish deck. I grill several days a week during the summer. The heat seems to be very even, and I have not identified any hot spots. I have not been able to get the heating surface searing hot. Even after leaving the flame on for a long time, the thermostat doesn't get much hotter than 400. I don't know if this is a function of the natural gas as opposed to propane. Overall, though, I am very satisfied with the grill, I just need to get used to the different performance comapred to my previous grill, which was always TOO hot.
Delivery was prompt as easy to track online, arrived in pristine condition. I did not need customer service.

I have been saving and watching this grill for several years to replace my old Weber kettle. Well I finally pulled the trigger and I couldn't be happier.
My biggest question was propane or natural gas. The natural gas is definitely the way to go if you have or can install a gas line. No fussing with tanks or worrying about running out of fuel.
The quality of the grill is second to none. You can tell it's built to last the first time you open and close the lid. The cooking is phenomenal. It heats up fast and cooks evenly. Full on, the built in gauge shows it has no problem hitting the 600 degree mark. And if you need, you can easily turn it down to more moderate temperatures. I see no reason why this grill won't last 10 to 20 years.
Assembly is pretty straight forward. I have heard nightmares with grills. Not this one, I had it assembled in about 45 minutes.
I am totally impressed with Rainbow Appliance. I was unsure of ordering a large appliance online. It is REALLY hard to find a deal on Weber grills, but I found it here.
The order was placed on Sunday and it was delivered to my home in Ohio on Thursday. The grill came shipped on its own pallet and the driver took it up my garage where I assembled it.
We are getting ready for a major home remodel. I won't hesitate to choose Rainbow Appliance again.

As a long-time Weber kettle (charcoal) grill snob, it was with some reluctance that i resigned myself to a gas grill, but this is great. excellent heat distribution, good for direct and indirect heat, easy to set specific temperatures, easy to clean. Putting together took about 2-3 hours, but it wasn't the end of the world. Overall, most excellent.

The grill is very sturdy and works great. I am pleased with this.
Delivery was terrific - much faster than I expected. The heavy box was brought into my garage. I was even called to make sure I ordered the correct grill - I checked natural gas, so they we're just checking to make sure I did not mean propane. Very thoughtful!
