Comments about Bosch Bosch Evolution 700 Series HGS7052UC 30" Freestanding Gas Range with Continuous Matte Grates, 4 Sealed Burners, and Genuine European Convection:
Gas ranges do not get much better than this Bosch Evolution Gas Range. Burner power distribution is right on. Burner controls are precise, have a wide control range, and are very repeatable. The convection oven and warming drawer are roomy and great. The construction, fit and finish, and choice of materials are of the highest quality. The only complaint is that the rotary wheel control for the various range functions is a bit lame and can be confusing. Bosch should have added a Press to Enter function to the rotary wheel. Like anything else, you'll get used to this. We are very pleased with this purchase.
Very professional delivery service. Stove arrived in excellent condition.
Unfortunately, Bosch uses third parties as factory service agents. I hope we never need them.
