We bought this second Jenn-Aire grill combo when we replaced our old kitchen countertops last year. The old one was 25 years old, and still working fine, tho' pretty ratty looking. The Jenn-Aire is built into a long countertop which doubles as a buffet bar. Annually over July 4th we grill burgers and dogs here where guests can pick up their plates and add the "fixins', potato salad, rolls, chips et al,from the buffet set up on the counter. It works really well for a large group- over 12 or more. Cleaning is easy, tho' tedious. Needs a real good degreaser to spray on to make it easier. When re-doing the kitchen, I added a huge single sink, black, very deep, just to accomodate such cleanups.
