I wish they had this model available when we built our house in 2006. I had a perfectly working older KitchenAid 4 burner wich was the best they offered in a 30" in 2006. This is more in line with what I wanted then. Great alternative to a 36" unit"
Service & Delivery comments:
The product shipped quickly and arrived quickly. Customer service was friendly and notified me when the product shipped. The only problem is that I am not sure if I would have gotten any shipment information if I hadn't inquired. Otherwise Rainbow is a good company to do business with.
Rainbow Appliance Response: we email status updates including tracking #s. Unfortunately, spam filters block out a lot of system generated email such as shipping and tracking info.
