I love this appliance. I had 3 previous Sharp convection microwaves, what a disaster. They never lasted long enough to say they were dependable. My GE Profile is great so far, and after reading very thoroughly other comments, I am planning on having this for a long time. It is much easier to clean than the previous ones I owned. It is also very beautiful and sleek. Cant' wait to buy a new fridge and stove to match it.....very soon!
Delivery was more than promt, and the appliance arrived in excellent condition.

This is an absolutely great microwave and twice as useful because it is a convection oven also. You can reheat as in any microwave, but you can cook and bake also. And, the convection makes cooking times shorter, while keeping the food tasting perfect. You should try 'roasted' chicken cooked using the convection--crisp and brown on the outside and incredibly juicy and tender on the inside. The first thing I did after it arrived was bake a cake, and it was so good. I love this microwave/convection oven and recommend it to everyone.

The oven is great. It heats evenly. It is a little awkward to switch the inside pieces to go from microwave to convection.
Very easy transaction and fast service. I would definitely use Rainbow Appliance again!
