I am not too sure that the suction is sufficient which will only show with time. I bought it specifically for pet hair, but had to go over the same spot three times to remove my light colored cat's hair on a dark rug. It is nice looking and a convenient size and design and quite quiet. Additional cleaning heads would be good. The fact that Eureka has bought the Electrolux name is not obvious and seemed a little tricky, and the machine is clearly not an Electrolux, and of course, not the price of an Electrolux, now known as Aerus Lux.

This vacuum is by far the best I've ever owned. The features and construction remind me of my mother's 40-year old Hoover canister (back when everthing was built to last). I especially like the vacuum motor speed adjustment - set that down to low and open the port on the handle, and you can vacuum curtains without sucking the fabric into the attachment. The lint brush on the combo dust/upholstery attachment is a GREAT feature.

The vacuum was so quiet that now I enjoy vacuuming. The ergonomic design is also easy on me and the contour of the vacuum is easy to maneuver. I would recommend getting this product for anyone who is tired of bulky and loud vacuums.
Shipping was prompt. Very good service. Would recommend to others.
