It was unbelievable how much "stuff" this sweeper picked up. I thought my old sweeper did a good job, obviously not. Very convenient to pull the handle out and use as an attatchment. The cord is very long and easy to switch from carpet to hard surface. The only draw back is it is heavy. The first time I used it, I wasn't sure I could use it long term. But, the more I used the sweeper, it is fine. Just have to get used to it.. Fabulous purchase!!!!

So far it works great. It is handy having the attachments at your fingertips. The only downside is the cup is hard to empty if you let it get too full. I have new carpet so it is shedding badly and the cup fills quickly and gets caught around the screen in which case you would have to remove the screen to get the debris out. The screen takes a little finagling with to get it back in. Overall I am liking the performance.

The only negative I would say is that it is a little heavy.

This is my second Electrolux vacuum. My first is over 20 years old and still running like new. I am very happy with my new Versatility. It does an excellent job on carpet and I love the easy to use extension wand. While I read the one negative that the vacuum was heavy. I did not find this to be an issue. I have a four-level house and was able to take the vacuum from floor-to-floor without a struggle.

Great service. I received my new vacuum within 2-days of ordering. The product arrived in good condition. Based on the service I received, I would not hesitate to purchase from Rainbow Appliance again.

Better than a dyson, and a fraction of the cost. Couldn't believe what came up from our "clean" carpets. My allergies are already improving!

The ability to turn off the brush in order to sweep hard floors is great. And the attachment makes it easy to sweep furniture.

the product works well and is quiet compared to other cleaners I've had in the past. The size is perfect, and fits into most tight spaces..,my Bissel was too wide which gave me a problem getting into small areas. So far, it feels like a quality product.

Love the fact that the attachment for the extension tube and brush are part of the handle. No fumbling with attachments when needed. Does a great job on hard floors since you can opt to turn off the brush. Easy to empty and you never have to touch the dirt.
