This cleaner is amazing, it uses less water than other cleaners and cleans great and your carpet is dry pretty fast. I love it and highly recommend it, well worth the money.

I love this cleaner! I have used it for both carpet and upholstery cleaning,and have been amazed at how much better it works than the "Rug Doctor" I rented from the local store!! I am thrilled with this purchase and highly recommend it. I am especially happy with the pricing at Rainbow Appliances!

I had the Hoover Dual V and it worked great too but it broke down and only had a 1 year warranty. I purchased the Platinum because I like the Hoover machine and it comes with a 6 year warranty. I have only used my new machine once and hopefully if it breaks down it won't be a hassle to get it repaired. I have pets and the machine gets all the hair out of the carpet with ease. It's easy to use and does a great job. It only takes a couple of hours and the carpet is dry. Good suction. The only thing I really don't like about the machine is that it is heavier than the Dual V but it does more so I guess the extra weight comes with the perfomance.
If you are at fault (vacuuming a shoe lace or something like that), our intervention may be required.

Excellent cleaning, but water (dirty and clean) needs to be constantly changed. This makes the cleaning a very long process.
