I love this vacuum. I did lots of research on this model and found just one bad review. I currently own an Oreck and a Riccar. This vacuum is now my "go to" vacuum. The stair handle is brilliant and makes cleaning stairs so much easier. I don't have any wood floors, but it does super on tile. It transitions from the tile to my kitchen throw rug with ease. The vacuum did try to suck up my bathroom rugs even on the low setting.
The portable canister that came with the upright is great. It has all of the attachments and the the suction is top notch.

I normally don't write reviews. But I rely on them when choosing a product. This one was exactly like everything I read. I am very happy with it. It really cleans better than any other vacuum I've used. Very clean... not dust or dirt coming out as you clean.
The carpets come out so clean... you can see and feel the difference.
While the canister is not perfect. It does an effective job and it makes this a complete package. I am very happy with both.
Rainbow had the best price and it shipped right out. I am very happy.
