I am very disappointed in this machine. In fact, we are trying to return the product for a refund. After washing a normal load twice, the clothes were still not cleaned to my satisfaction. When I tried hand washing an item, the dirt came right out. There is almost no agitation so the clothes move very little in the machine. On the Easy Care cycle, there is so little movement that the soap put into the bottom of the machine did not suds at all. The washer tangles the clothes so it takes a little time to untangle them prior to putting them in the dryer. I had a service tech come out to see if possibly the machine was defective, but he said it was working normally. The new Hydra-Wave technology may be energy efficient, but it does not clean your clothes.

Reliability was questioned by many - no problem after a month of using it

We use this for all our personal laundry needs. Due to the efficiency and large capacity, we find the laundry done faster and better than before.
I have had deliveries from the larger stores and they just do not compare to what I experienced. Both the driver and the helper were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Bought it after reviewing the machine on Consumer Reports. Hard to believe it cleans so well because the drum doesnt appear to move much. But, it works well!

This is a very nice, large washer when working. We are already on our 3rd motor and transmission after 1 year. Under warranty but what a hassle.

I run at least three loads a day. I was lost without a machine and researched this one. I have been delighted!
I had never ordered something from so far away and love the delivery, efficiency, and expediency of the arrival! I will most definitely consider ordering from Rainbow again.
